IGNOU Convocation 2013 Registration
Dear Student,
We know that last year IGNOU Convocation not held due to some reason. So now this year is going to be held soon after TEE Dec 2012 Result. I would like to give you details how you can register yourself to receive degree at your RC or home.
Please read below for more details:-
Students who have completed their programmes by December Term-End Examination will be eligible for award of degree certificates in this Convocation.
The main function will be held at IGNOU headquarters, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi-110068 and simultaneously at the cities of the selected Regional Centres. Students can receive their degree certificates in person or in absentia by post by paying the requisite fee.
Information regarding Convocation will be sent in due course to eligible students.

Degrees will be issued only to
the candidates on production of IGNOU Student Identity card issued by
the Regional Director and to no one else including the authorised
representatives on Convocation Day during permissible time period.
NOTE: Students of MBA, MCA,
M.Com, BTCM etc are required to remit fees for all degree certificates
associated with the programme (Like Diplomas/ PG Diplomas/ Degrees).
The consent letter for attending the convocation in person or getting the Degrees/Diplomas in absentia is to be sent to the respective Regional Centres along with a DD of Rs. 400/- per degree certificate. For checking Your Regional Centre and downloading the consent letter proforma submit your enrolment number here.Those like to attend the Convocation in person at the Headquarter(Delhi),fill their Regional Centre code as (07) and RC Name Headquarter in the format even beloging to any Regional Centre. However, students of Regional centres (Delhi1, Delhi2, Delhi3 and Noida can also receive their Degrees/Diplomas by submiting the fee drafts at the Headquater Maidan Garhi on the day of Convocation also.
1.Students of Delhi-I, Delhi-II, Delhi-III & Noida Regional Centres who are eligible for award of their Degrees/Diplomas in the 24th Convocation to be held on 5th Sept. 2011 but still could not send their Option Forms & Demand Drafts to collect their Degrees/Diplomas in person on 05.09.2011 from the IGNOU Headquarter Maidan Garhi, Delhi are requested to please bring their Demand Drafts @ Rs.400/- per Degree/Diploma towards Registration Fee with them for release of their Certificates.
2.Students belonging to Regional Centre other than the four mentioned above in Para-I, are requested now to send/deposit their Demand Drafts at their respective Regional Centres only because their Degrees/Diplomas have already been sent to their Regional Centres.
